We recently finished an approximately 6+ month remodel of our whole house with Nautilus and had a great experience working with Chris and his team, and we are extremely happy with the finished product. When unexpected issues arose, Chris was easy to talk to and solution-oriented. He would come to our meetings with a detailed breakdown of options and remedies, and was great at explaining what was going on, while also listening to our concerns. We also thought all of his sub-contractors were truly great! They use a project-tracking program that the client can log into, which was super helpful to keep track of budgeting and the timeline of the overall project, and who was doing what. Chris and his team were always very level headed throughout the project, and every step of the way, we felt that we were in good hands. We would highly recommend working with Nautilus!!
