Biddeford Pool House Renovation

The L’Heureux Family spends summers in Biddeford Pool. The rest of the year they teach in Singapore.  Coming back to Maine in the summer is treasured time for them.  Their beautiful home is nestled on the ocean front of Biddeford Pool. 

The family has a great vision for this house renovation.  They want a more open floor concept, a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, a new heating system, and a very clean modern style.  They hope to retire in this home and also would like to open spaces up for entertaining with family and friends.

Nautilus construction has completed the framing of this project and is working towards the electrical and plumbing starting this week.  We can’t wait to share what becomes of this renovation!
